Review, move or delete all feature requests from sourceforge issue tracker

I already forget about this postponed step of migration from sourceforge to github.
So, I put it as task ...

review

if some feature requests are done - close ticket.
if description unclear - close ticket with link to github to open to open new request with better description.
if agree with request - just copy all required descriptions/comments to github.
If requrst is clear but it will not happen .... - close SF ticket.
