现在的诉求是：用户进来聊天窗口与机器人进行对轮对话问答，比如用户点击的问答分类是“车险”，当用户此时选择接入人工坐席时，系统能实现与客户系统的技能组进行匹配组织架构（车险团队），然后“车险团队”技能组下的员工与用户进行人工对接
