Bot get's donation device messages & duplicated device messages chat

- Operating System (Linux/Mac/Windows/iOS/Android): linux
- Core Version: 2.14

Somehow my bot got two device messages chats (there may be a bug, but I can't be completely certain that I never had 2 instances running, although they probably would not have started because of the lockfile).

Expected:
- donation message should not create multiple device messages chats in a short amount of time (like 1 second apart)
- bots should not get these messages in the first place

If you wonder about the screenshot, I used the browser edition to inspect the account to investigate this issue (https://github.com/deltachat/deltachat-desktop/pull/5496).

I think this happened after I upgraded core to 2.14
