Chart.js 3 bugs

Hi, firstly, thank you so much for the work! And the chart.js 3 will gonna get really good application once the candlestick plugin is formally implemented. We are looking forward!

Now, I just found out that there is some bugs in the chart.js3 implementation to report, In the sample url here.

As you could see here, when you click the legend to make it disappear, and then get it back by clicking again, somehow the border wont appear.

Please kindly let me know if there is anyway to avoid.
