Axis titles are misaligned when the scale is reversed

### Expected behavior

When reversing the scale, I don't expect the axis title to move at all when I have align end or start set

### Current behavior

The axis title instead of ending with the chart grid, starts at the end of the chart grid, making it appear very odd
