Description
### Feature Proposal
A request to add supported for dotted line for bar graph. Current API for bargraph does not support for API like borderStyle, which could include values like in `borderStyle` of CSS including: `dottted`, `dashed`,`double` or `none`. This would also remove the usage of the API: `borderSkipped` and have control over the bar's broder similar to CSS.
