### Feature Proposal
Just like we have stepped line chart, could we get a stepped Bar chart ?
Or maybe segmented would be a better name ?
Here is an exemple:
Value 3 of 5
Value 5 of 5
8 columns:
(5/5, 4/5, 4/5, 3/5, 2/5, 2/5, 1/5, 1/5)
