Bug : The event listeners like onMouseLeave, onMouseEnter and onScroll aren't working as expected on tooltip plugins.

The Tooltip that we have customised is not working as expected when hover in and of the graphs.

### Current behavior

The tooltips are visible even though after getting out of graph and moving out to a new screen.
