Add properties that allow you to underline cancel lines in fonts such as Title, legend, etc

I used custom Plugin's beforeDraw method to draw. But it doesn't draw consistently for all cases. So I want you to add a customizable text attribute. I know it can be bold or italic. Please add cancel lines and underlines.
