Long force-rotated horizontal labels are cut off

### Expected behavior

The chart itself should shrink until the whole label is visible, regardless of its contents or rotation.

### Current behavior

Long force-rotated labels on the X axis are clipped against the bottom edge of the canvas, since the chart is too large.
