Legend will get blocked by chart when setting padding

### Expected behavior

The legend can show all the Text, and the doughnut chart will adjust its size to smaller in the limited div size.

### Current behavior

When using v2.9.4 it is work but >v2.9.4 then the doughnut chart will not adjust it's size and it blocked the legend text.
