Chart should render correctly in all browser's
### Current behavior
Chart is not not rendering correctly in safari 15
Steps:
[1] Open https://codepen.io/nileshraj/pen/vYQZbxp in safari 15 browser
[2] see the bar chart first bar value in 12 but still bar is below 2, also check all bars not rendered as expected
OS: macOS Monterey 12
