Description
**Problem:**
Users have no way to quickly find specific articles. They must scroll manually, which is inefficient.
**Solution:**
- Implement a **search bar** above the news section.
- Allow **real-time filtering** as users type.
- Support searching by **title, date, and keywords** in articles.
