Incorrect redirection by https://chaoss.community/metrics/

Opening https://chaoss.community/metrics/ should open the metrics page (i.e https://chaoss.community/kb-metrics-and-metrics-models/) but instead it redirect to an old article, https://chaoss.community/metrics-for-event-organizers/

By the way, https://chaoss.community/metrics ( notice no '/' at the end) opens the metrics page.

In short, both https://chaoss.community/metrics/ and https://chaoss.community/metrics ( no '/' at the end) should behave the same way and open metrics page.

@ElizabethN, I think fixing this issue will solve the issue faced in augur repo mentioned by @MoralCode in #986
