Stale links to demos on software page

The SW page https://github.com/chaoss/website/blob/main/Software/software.md

has two links that are supposed to showcase the software:

- https://chaoss.biterg.io/ for the GrimoireLab
- https://metrix.chaoss.io/ for Augur (8knot)

Both links are broken: for the first, the server cannot be found, for the second, there is 502 bad gateway error.

I suppose the problem is less with this page than with the showcases.

Given the complexity of all the metrics and the SW , it would really be helpful to have showcases.

Inspect software.md and verify the GrimoireLab and Augur links. Determine whether the showcase services can be restored or whether the page needs different destinations; done means the software page no longer points to broken showcases, with any external-service limitation documented.
