Description
The Augur CONTRIBUTING.md links to https://chaoss.community/charter/#user-content-8-intellectual-property-policy, a header which does not exist anymore on the CHAOSS site. Clicking this link should bring you to the specific section of the charter, however it no longer does.
This breakage (on the main CHAOSS site) likely happened when this page was moved from being a wordpress-native page to something imported from github.
