Description
I see the jinja community re-titles AI junk issues as their form of labeling: https://github.com/pallets/jinja/pulls?q=is%3Apr%20is%3Aclosed%20AI%20junk%20
Maybe we should support this as an option for communities with a no-ai policy who use our tool and recieve a PR with a strong signal of AI disclosure
i worry about this potentially pushing people to stop disclosing AI use

Research direction
Start at the GitHub Action entry point and trace how it handles a strong AI-disclosure signal. Review the existing CLI and Action behavior before deciding how an opt-in re-titling option should work, including the concern that it may discourage disclosure; done means the option is defined and its behavior is covered for affected communities.
