find a model name/version list from somewhere

Been playing around with cursor lately and they have a huge selection of models to choose from. It may be worth trying to find a list someplace and using that so we dont have to patchwork the names of individual combinations into the system as individual PRs

Start by locating where individual model and version combinations are currently defined, then investigate a suitable external or maintained model list. Done means the system can use a consolidated source instead of requiring separate updates for each combination.
