insert_facade_contributors error: Rate limit exceeded

We are getting 100s of the following errors on our instance. This is of pretty high concern as its hitting the rate limit and could cause our keys to get decommissioned

06/03/2025 update: This error after augurlabs/augur#3149 is at a MUCH smaller volume but is popping up again. Before it was the vast majority of the time, now only seeing 4 out of 500. Seems like there might just need a small adjustment
