The title of the page for our OpenAPI specs (https://oss-augur.readthedocs.io/en/main/rest-api/api.html) says
> Augur REST API (v0.60.0)

This makes me think it hasnt been updated for a while.

We should document the process for updating it (and ideally automate it)

We already had a PR for OpenAPI stuff as well augurlabs/augur#3665
