Description
What would you like to be added or improved?
Several versions back, Applications were listed as a table/list which made it easy to find issues with a specific application. However, now that Applications are listed as cards, it is difficult to scroll through the list to determine if there is an issue with a specific application. Also, if the Applications could be displayed in a table/list view, a "sort" and/or "filter" feature could be added . . . sort alpha by application name, sort by domain, sort by date created, filter by mode, etc...
Why is it needed?
While the "filter/search" box is available, sometimes I forget the domain name and/or application name. I'd rather see a list of ALL applications and data displayed in columns that could be sorted/filtered. Scanning multiple cards for issues (little orange triangle) is not effecient and I've missed several problems because I didn't catch this symbol.

Research direction
The issue does not name files or tests; start by locating the Applications view that currently renders application cards and review its existing search or filter behavior. Done would mean an agreed list or table presentation with clearly defined sortable or filterable columns, but the requested options still need scoping.
