反馈内容：APP端希望新增一个清理内置浏览器缓存的功能，由于近期在使用的时候发现monkeycode内置浏览器缓存严重，造成很多问题修复后一直复现，但是又没有可以清理的位置，希望添加一个这个清理内置浏览器缓存的功能。
