反馈内容：
进入控制台https://monkeycode-ai.com/console/tasks，初次启动任务输入框下方只有“代码”、“技能”两个按钮，没有附件无法上传 。
无法实现的场景：第一次创建任务想仿照html附件制作另一个html，无法上传附件需要先描述一遍任务，等任务执行一次后再上传附件，麻烦
期望效果：
新建任务/初次启动任务即可添加附件
