反馈标题：倒计时显示 token 重置时间
反馈内容：.com 内网是北京时间零点重置, .net 外网也是, 其实对非北京时区用户不友好, 无法判断现在立即下单, 是否很快就来到 token 重置时刻, 浪费一亿乃至三亿 token. 建议无论继续用北京时间 (UTC+8)零点来清零重置, 还是 UTC 时间来, 都在.net 外网首页或登录页挂一个倒计时, 如此对外网用户更友好.
期望效果： .net 外网首页或登录页倒计时提醒何时是购买订阅的好时机.
