反馈标题：gitsubmodule在变更中只会显示一个占位符，变更行数显示问号，完全无法展开显示细节
反馈内容：gitsubmodule与容器内部git clone下来的仓库在变更中只会显示一个整体变更，无法显示细节
期望效果：应该额外处理submodule，能够在变更界面点击submodule的占位符后展开，并针对这个submodule显示变更细节
