Bug Report & Feedback: Voided invoice blocks new payment for international users

Dear MonkeyCode Team,

I want to report a technical issue that prevents me from upgrading to MonkeyCode Ultra, and I believe it may affect other international users as well.

Problem:

My old invoice (#UF8TRDRR-0002) was voided.

Your support advised me to ignore it and create a new order.

However, when I try to upgrade, Stripe still shows the same voided invoice and there is no way to pay it.

I have tried different browsers, cleared cache/cookies, incognito mode, and different devices — nothing works.

Impact:

I cannot complete the upgrade.

International users who cannot access the Baizhi Cloud console may face the same issue.

Request:

Please create a brand new order/invoice for MonkeyCode Ultra.

Send me a direct payment link for the new order.

Confirm the final amount and the subscription start date (should start from successful payment).

Suggestion:

It would be helpful to provide an alternative payment method for international users (e.g., a manual payment link or PayPal).

I am ready to pay immediately once I receive a valid link. Thank you for your help.
