Description
反馈标题：已结束任务无法正常重启
反馈内容：个人账号已结束的任务无法手动重启，多次尝试重启操作均失败，无弹窗报错、页面无状态更新，任务流程无法推进。除此之外，任务结束后该对话页面所有功能操作均被锁定、无法点击操作，同时当前缺少会话内容导出功能，无法留存本次任务对话数据，影响后续核对与追溯。
期望效果：1、修复已结束任务重启异常问题，支持正常重启任务、恢复任务运行流程；2、解除结束任务的对话页面操作锁定，恢复页面正常操作权限；3、新增会话内容导出功能，支持正常导出本次任务对话数据，方便内容留存与后续核对追溯。
