Description
One of the items from issue #442 was to use Smith-Waterman to align all the primers onto all the assembled contigs. We could either look for regions of each contig that match our primers, or we could include the primer targets in the gene maps at the top of the diagram.
Talk to Zabrina about which would be useful and how much detail to include.

Research direction
Start by reading issue #442 and reviewing how the contig coverage diagram and gene maps are currently produced. Discuss with Zabrina whether primer matches should appear as contig regions or gene-map targets, and agree on the required level of detail. Done means the agreed primer targets are displayed in the diagram.
