Description
Show the coverage for HCV regions NS3, NS5a, and NS5b in a single coverage map, and assign a single coverage score for the three regions. Label the coordinates for each region in the coverage map.
However, other outputs like nucleotide frequencies and amino frequencies should continue to report them separately with separate coordinate positions.

Research direction
The issue names no files, tests, or entry points. Start by locating the coverage-map generation and coordinate-handling code, then verify that NS3, NS5a, and NS5b share one map and score while nucleotide and amino frequency outputs retain separate coordinates.
