Description

On the run from 3 Jul 2015, one of the pure clonal samples seemed to have a mixture at one position. Chanson will send a report that shows where the mixture is. Try to see if there really is a mixture there or if there's a problem with the analysis.

Research direction

Start by obtaining Chanson's report identifying the mixed position in the pure clonal sample from the 3 Jul 2015 run. Reproduce or inspect the pipeline analysis for that sample, then compare the result with the report; the work is done when the mixture is shown to be genuine or attributed to an analysis problem.
