Description
The micall page uses x, c, and z as keyboard shortcuts to fail, accept, or reset a sample. However, typing Ctrl-C also accepts the currently selected sample.

Research direction
Start at the micall page's keyboard-shortcut handling and reproduce the issue by typing Ctrl-C while a sample is selected. Done means Ctrl-C and similar control-key combinations no longer trigger the x, c, or z shortcuts, while those standalone shortcuts still work.
