点击“清空测量结果”也清不掉这个多的标签，倒是点击“距离测量”的时候能清掉这个多的标签

Reproduce the issue in the earthSDK measurement UI by completing an area measurement, viewing it from above, and then using “Clear measurement results” or starting distance measurement. Trace the area-measurement label lifecycle and confirm that the extra “Area: 0.00 square meters” label is removed when the measurement is completed or cleared.
