feat: document listbox setup

Put everything together in order to have documents from different years.

Maybe use the same component from the team page 👀

Start by inspecting the existing listbox component used on the team page and how the documents view currently represents documents. Determine how documents from different years should be grouped or selected, using the issue image as the visual reference. Done means the documents can be organized and accessed by year through the listbox setup.
