feat: export schedule/events feature

This feature should allow users to export their schedule or event configuration into an external calendar app of their preference using a calendar link, or to download the data as an iCal file. This should work in a very similar way to the export feature in [Calendarium](https://github.com/cesium/calendarium), where the logic of converting event/schedule data into iCal format is already done.
