refactor: exchange page code organization

When the exchange page was made, it was done with many different files that could be together to avoid having too much files that are not used anywhere else. These are the files:

For example, there is a card component that is only used in the cards-section, so they could be in the same file. The same is for the modals and side section related things.

This issue has almost zero priority.
