DNS-PERSIST-01 已经被 CA/B 批准，目前可在 Let's Encrypt Staging API 上进行测试

彻底移除了每次申请证书时都需要增/删 DNS 记录的需要

虽然目前仍处于 Staging 阶段，但由于这是一个重大更改，可能有必要提前添加支持以在 Staging API 上进行测试

此外仍然需要一些 UI 改动来更好地支持 DNS-PERSIST-01
