Description
Certain packaged distros ship a cron, or systemd timer (or both)
We've gotten a lot of feedback that people are surprised about this and as such I think we should better document it.
We should add info to generated instructions that match the info in this PR: https://github.com/certbot/certbot/pull/5460#pullrequestreview-91027131
