Add a `poweroff` option to `ceph-salt stop` to optionally power off cluster nodes

Thanks for implementing #404 - this is a very useful feature. I wonder if it would make sense to have an option for the administrator to issue a `poweroff` command after the successful cluster shutdown as well? Or should we just document how this could be done via plain `salt` commands?
