Description
Purging the ceph-iscsi package on Debian resulted in /usr/lib/systemd/system/* being removed on all servers this was done.
Reinstalling systemd resulted in a non-functional docker with no useful debugging. All systems had to be reinstalled from scratch.
Ironically, I decided to remove ceph-iscsi due to the multitude of problems and unreliability. I would have been better off leaving it installed. If I ever try this again in the far future, it will be run inside a VM.
