Description
Because of unavoidable technical issues, it may cause to fail the GitHub Scheduled Actions.
Maybe better to implement Discord Notifications whenever it happens, so GH Admin/Team can take necessary actions.
- Can put the Notification generation python function into identified Try Catch blocks
- Will see is there any ready-made GH Action dedicated to it
