Q3 Experimentation Week (Planning)

### To-Do's:
- [ ] Overview of experimentation week -> it's structure, why we do this/what's the value?, what do we expect from it? What are the goals (do we want ideas/proof of concept? How are we prioritizing this work?). How long can we have for it? Could we have 2 weeks?
- [ ] Confirm proposed dates for Q3-experimentation week
- [ ] Send heads-up/update to Forms team in slack channel re: confirmed dates and next steps
- [ ] Create a new calendar placeholder reminder that folks can choose to accept if they would like to have visibility on the next experimentation week in their calendar (As a reminder to not book extra work mtgs during this time).
- [ ] reschedule or cancel any team meetings during this time-period
- [ ] send out daily optional experimentation chat invite (time TBD) for the team as the 'experimentation standup'

### Post-experimentation week:
- [ ] set-up a 'experimentation week share back' session on the first day after the end of experimentation week (given experimentation week ends on a Friday this time)
- [ ] Get feedback from the team
