Number component bug

## Description
When you put a handful of numbers into the number component, it changes the response.

## Steps to reproduce
1. Go to this form: https://forms-formulaires.alpha.canada.ca/en/id/cmtuckmgr000901yp4urm26bu
2. In the number fields, enter like 17+ characters into the field
3. Tab away
4. See error
