Accessibility Audit by the IT Accessibility Office at ESDC (ITAO)

## Context

If we need to have any accessibility audits conducted, we can use the IT Accessibility Office at ESDC (ITAO). The Design System team did this last year and found it to be very helpful.

In order to get some audits we have to use this form:

ITAO have told us they have cycles to help with this. They do assessments for WCAG compliance, like OCADU did in the past. This will replace consultants who did assessments for Forms and Notify previously.

Fable remains a separate process that we can continue to have requests for.

Start by reviewing the ITAO request form linked in the issue and confirm the intended audit scope with Mario. Determine which Forms areas need assessment, whether Fable is out of scope, and record the completed audit requests and results as the work is finished.
