Description

## Context

Recent input during research:

> Client could no longer find the "show-hide" rules as you need to click within an option.

Perhaps there's a way to make this interaction more obvious? They thought we took the feature away.

> Our form included 3 types of participants (mentees, mentors and those who participated as both mentors and mentees). Some questions needed to be hidden from some groups and some shown to only one of the groups, but the majority of the questions were the same. Branching was not possible in this case (as that would create question duplication), so we ended up using Voxco since GC Forms does not offer the option of hiding questions (which is a basic function in many platforms like MS Forms, Google Forums, Voxco to name a few)

Research direction

Start by reading related issue #6681 and locating the existing show-hide interaction in the Forms client. Review the reported participant and question scenarios, then confirm the current behavior and identify a discoverability change. Done means users recognize that show-hide is available without needing to click within an option.
