Description
## Context
**Need:** GC Forms needs a current / accurate / relevant list of GC organisations that we can pull from.
**Current situation:** To this point, as a product, we have used the [gc-organisations](https://github.com/cds-snc/gc-organisations) repo for the form component we offer (Department form element) as a searchable list to form builders to include in their forms. The Strategic Data & Reporting Team and Salesforce / Relationship Management Team were previously managing this list, but no longer have capacity to do so.
**Potential new source of truth:** There is also a new GC published dataset for departments and organizations that could become the standard / source of truth we reference instead. Ensure this minimizes data integrity risks on an ongoing basis.
**From #5849**
> The GC CIO sets enterprise data reference standards for use by all organizations under the Policy on Service and Digital. CIO-approved datasets are available for GC organizations. There's a community of data practitioners across the GC who have built these standards to improve interoperability and make the lives of developers and service owners easier.
