Team collaboration discovery: Analyze preliminary insights from the existing SuperSet data

There is an opportunity to uncover early insights by analysing the existing data before the user research sessions take place. These insights will not replace the research, but they can help shape it by giving a clearer view of current usage patterns linked to the research questions in the plan. The purpose of this work is to build early and data based insights into how the product is used before user research sessions take place, so that the research can be better informed. Additionally, other strategy-informing insights could be uncovered:
- Form lifecycle
- User behaviour
- Form complexity
- Compliance
- Product adoption
- Optimization opportunities

- Which form types create the most operational overhead?
- Which departments need training or governance?
- Where is the product causing friction?
- Which features are underused and should be redesigned or removed?
- Where can automation reduce manual work?
- Which forms pose compliance risks?
