Radio button cannot be unselected once selection is made

## Description
When using a radio button field, a user cannot deselect an option back to blank once a selection has already been made. In a situation where the field is not mandatory, this forces them to make a selection.

Be able to deselect my choice and leave the question blank when the field is not mandatory.
