Description
## Context
Many teams are asking about the SharePoint integration or connector that's hinted at on our roadmap.
The problem is even if we pursue implementation of a SharePoint integrator, there will be many issues with expanding usage to other departments.
Certain MS365 tenant access levels are required, and that differs from department to department and will create issues for some teams but not others. So, access will still remain limited.
That being said, if a team is interested to give it a try themselves at creating their own integration, it may be possible.

## Description
💼 Form responses can be downloaded directly into a Microsoft 365 product (e.g., Sharepoint, PowerBI).
Figure out next steps for system/SharePoint integrations shared by SSC and how we might facilitate sharing / enabling of that for other departmental teams' instances of MS365.

Research direction
Start by reviewing related issues #6493, #6523, and #6767, then read the linked presentation and Slack discussions. Assess the SharePoint, Lists, PowerBI, and PowerAutomate integration options, including tenant access and security concerns. Done would require an agreed next step, such as a viable implementation, a reusable integration path, or a documented decision.
