Description
This research was identified as a potential strategic bet for GC Form's future (high urgency / high impact).
The goal of this research will be to work on:
- a methodology for the time saved using product telemetry
- How to get more accuracy in terms of time saved and how to measure that?
- What do we need to have in place in order to measure the time saved for public servants?
- a methodology for the time saved for case studies
- Gather more examples on how GC Forms helped the government save time
- Linked to the product itself, not specifically related to the UX
Starting point for the exploration:
- Security, what is supported by the other tools, protected A and B etc
- Features comparison, functionality comparison
- Cost, user licensing fees
- Data perspective and privacy of the data
- What if GC Forms becomes the front-end for form fillers, to address pain points high volume / high priority form users are encountering with their solution (Salesforce, CRM etc)
