## Opportunity

Following the research sessions on [response](https://app.zenhub.com/workspaces/gcforms-60cb8929764d71000e481cab/issues/zh/364) and [attachment](https://app.zenhub.com/workspaces/gcforms-60cb8929764d71000e481cab/issues/zh/366) downloads through the UI, insights revealed that users were unable to clearly quantify the efficiency gains associated with the new features compared with previous processes. Although these features address previously identified pain points, their benefits were not immediately apparent to users.

A [workshop](https://miro.com/app/board/uXjVJhJpoyo=/?moveToWidget=3458764650900225446&cot=14) with the product team identified a potential solution to this pain point: **KPI/ROI dashboard accessible to the user with their data
**. This could be translated through developing a dashboard to measure and track key performance indicators. This would help demonstrate the product’s contribution to user efficiency and make improvements more visible over time.
